Start Your Career With New Horizons Care

At New Horizons Care, we understand that with every client, a unique set of requirements and support is required, and so our team of professionals are available to ensure that a helping hand can be relied upon, no matter the circumstances.
Our role is to match the most suitable carer to our clients based on mutual respect, personality, qualification and location. This ethos of providing compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support will help you to make a positive difference in people’s lives. You will be highly skilled and fully competent in providing support to those who require it and will build the foundation needed to launch a highly successful career in healthcare.
As an extension of the client’s support system, it is important that staff of New Horizon Care will be much more than simply a care-giver. You will need to have a passionate and positive approach to providing support to clients with a range of care needs, including the ability to adapt to ever-changing needs of clients and their loved ones. The care given will encompass but isn’t limited to catheter care, epilepsy management, tracheostomy care, stoma care and gastrostomy feeding. All clinical training is overseen by a Registered Nurse and competencies are completed to ensure that support workers have been signed off as safe to carry out these procedures.

You will receive comprehensive support and training by undertaking the new Care Certificate which is based on CQC’s Fundamental Standards, created by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health. This will enable you to deliver the best possible care to our clients, who are at the centre of everything that we do.
