Recently, our team member, Mol, completed her CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Training (Train the Trainer). Mol completed her CPI training earlier this year, but enjoyed it so much she went back for more! This time completing Train the Trainer, meaning she is trained to train others in CPI.

This type of training equips the team member with special skills to calm a client down in a distressing situation and in severe cases restraining them safely.

Anne contacted us looking for support with her mum 👵. Her mum needed assistance putting away the weekly grocery delivery as the items were too heavy for her to carry. She also needed assistance with taking the correct medications at the correct times.
